Acts
5:32 - We are witnesses
of these things, and so is the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those

obey him.

- Circumcision
is nothing and uncircumcision is nothing. Keeping God's commands is
what
counts.

2:12-13 - Therefore,
my dear friends, as you have always obeyed—not only in my
presence, but now
much more in my absence—continue to work out your salvation
with fear and trembling,
for it is God who works in you to will and to act according to his good
purpose.
2 Thess.
2:15 - So then,
brothers, stand firm and hold to the teachings we passed on to you,
whether by
word of mouth or by letter.

Pet. 1:22 - Now that you
have purified yourselves by obeying the truth so that you have sincere
love for
your brothers, love one another deeply, from the heart.

everything will be destroyed in this way, what kind of people ought you
to be?
You ought to live holy and godly lives as you look forward to the day
of God
and speed its coming. That day will bring about the destruction of the
heavens
by fire, and the elements will melt in the heat.

friends, if our hearts do not condemn us, we have confidence before God
and
receive from him anything we ask, because we obey his commands and do
what
pleases him.

his commands live in him, and he in them. And this is how we know that
he lives
in us: We know it by the Spirit he gave us.

really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will
set you
free."
Heb.
5:8-9 - Although he was
a son, he learned obedience from what he suffered and, once made
perfect, he
became the source of eternal salvation for all who obey him
Rev.
14 :12 - This calls for
patient endurance on the part of the saints who obey God's commandments
and
remain faithful to Jesus.
LOVE
AND OBEDIENCE

14:15-17 - "If you
love me, you will obey what I command. And I will ask the Father, and
he will
give you another Counselor to be with you forever—the Spirit
of truth. The
world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But
you
know him, for he lives with you and will be in you.

14:21 - Whoever has my
commands and obeys them, he is the one who loves me. He who loves me
will be
loved by my Father, and I too will love him and show myself to him."
John
14:23 - Jesus replied,
"If anyone loves me, he will obey my teaching. My Father will love him,
and we will come to him and make our home with him.
John
15:10 - If you obey my
commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have obeyed my Father's
commands and remain in his love.
John
15:14 - You are my friends if you do what I
command.
